PT. NATARI PRATAMA is a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, domiciled in Tangerang, with its head office at Pasar Modern Intermoda BSD City, Jl. Raya Cisauk Lapan No.14, Sampora, Cisauk District, Tangerang Regency, Banten 15345.
The Articles of Association of the company are set out in Deed No. 16 drawn up by a Notary in Jakarta and approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia under No. C – 1161 HT.03.02-TH. 2002 of 2007 dated 28 February 2007. The Articles of Association have since been amended, most recently by Deed No. 001 drawn up before a Notary in Jakarta, the notification of which was approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia under No. AHU – 0035028.AH.01.02 of 2019.
Under these Articles of Association, the President Director of PT. NATARI PRATAMA is authorized to act for and on behalf of the company, including to carry out legal acts within the company.

Under Article 3 of the Articles of Association, the business activities of the company include:
- Selection and placement of domestic workers, covering the registration, selection and placement of workers across business sectors through job exchanges, local and regional inter-job mechanisms run by an LPTKS (private job placement agency), including the provision of executive staff to other parties on a contract basis.
- Fixed-term staffing, providing non-permanent or temporary workers to employers that need additional staff for a set period.
- General building cleaning for all types of buildings owned by companies, institutions, agencies or government and private bodies.
- Combined office administration services for daily operations, such as reception, financial planning, record and billing maintenance, personnel services and correspondence.
- Private security, covering investigation, surveillance, guarding and protection of people and property, including patrols, travel escorts, escort of valuables, bodyguards, highway patrols and the guarding of buildings, offices, factories, hotels and similar sites.
- Event organizing, managing a series of events from concept, planning and preparation through execution to completion, helping clients achieve the goals of their events.
- Park and garden maintenance, covering the construction, care and upkeep of landscaped areas.
